Term of Service


Thank you for choosing our tattoo shop for your tattooing needs. Before getting a tattoo, it is important to understand and agree to the following terms of service. These terms are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both the client and the tattoo artist.

  1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo without parental consent. If you are under 18, a legal guardian must accompany you and provide written consent.
  2. Consultation and Design: Prior to the tattoo appointment, a consultation will be scheduled to discuss your design ideas, placement, size, and any other relevant details. The tattoo artist will work with you to create a custom design or modify an existing one. Design approval is required before the tattooing process begins.
  3. Health and Safety: It is essential that you provide accurate information about your health history, including any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are currently taking. If you have any concerns about your health, please consult a medical professional before getting a tattoo. Our tattoo shop follows strict health and safety protocols, including using sterilized equipment, disposable needles, and high-quality ink.
  4. Consent and Release: By getting a tattoo, you acknowledge that the process involves risks, including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, scarring, and dissatisfaction with the final result. You release the tattoo shop and its artists from any liability or claims arising from these risks. You also consent to the use of photographs or videos of your tattoo for promotional purposes, while ensuring your personal information remains confidential.
  5. Deposits and Payments: A deposit may be required to secure your tattoo appointment, which will be deducted from the final cost of the tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable unless a cancellation or rescheduling is made at least 48 hours in advance. Payments are typically made in cash, but some shops may accept credit/debit cards or other forms of payment.
  6. Aftercare Instructions: Proper aftercare is crucial for the healing and longevity of your tattoo. The tattoo artist will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions, which you must follow diligently. Failure to do so may result in complications or affect the quality of your tattoo. If you have any questions or concerns about aftercare, feel free to contact the tattoo shop.
  7. Touch-ups and Refunds: In some cases, touch-ups may be required to perfect the tattoo’s appearance or address minor issues after the initial healing period. Touch-up policies may vary, so it’s important to discuss this with your tattoo artist. Refunds are generally not provided unless there are exceptional circumstances and are subject to the discretion of the tattoo shop.
  8. Respect and Etiquette: We strive to maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for everyone. We expect all clients to treat our staff and other customers with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
